About The Blog

Why this exists

I’m Jurij. This blog exists because I wanted a place to write things down without turning them into product copy, social posts, or polished portfolio material.

Most entries start from a practical need: a setup I had to get working, a system I wanted to understand properly, or a decision where the tradeoffs mattered more than the headline.

I try to write the version I wish I had found first: enough context to understand the problem, enough detail to reproduce the solution, and enough honesty to include the dead ends.

Some posts are tutorials. Some are technical notes. Some are just a way to get a useful thought out of my head before it disappears.

Writing Principles

The filter is simple: if I had to work for the answer, I want the next person to work less. That usually means keeping the unglamorous details intact instead of editing them away.

If you find something useful here, great. If you find a mistake or disagree with a conclusion, that is useful too.

Get In Touch

Reach out if a post helped, if something looks wrong, or if you strongly disagree with a technical decision and want to compare notes.
